Our team can get you in contact with good, reputable lenders that work every day with relocation homebuyers.
They can help you in regards to:
- Determining whether you need to sell your current home before you can purchase a new home
- Determining whether you can qualify for a bridge loan
- How much your total mortgage payment will be
- How much down payment you will need
- What price of home you can qualify for
- Remember, if you chose your own lender, make sure they are licensed to write loans for Texas homes!
Temporary Housing
- If you need time to discover our area we can assist you with a short term lease on an apartment, single residence, or corporate housing.
This benefit is only offered to our relocation customers!
Start House Hunting
- This is the fun part! Once you have gotten pre-qualified and have arranged a house hunting trip we can then target our search to homes you will love, whether new construction or pre-owned!
- We will show you many areas to compare, but all within commuting distance unless you specify something different
- Choose your dream home!
Determine a Good Offer Price
- Our team will show you recent comparables to the home you are placing an offer on
- We will help you determine a “win-win” strategy in order to get you the best price on your next home.
- We will advise you on market conditions
Once in Contract
- Our team will help you find a good home inspector and get your next home inspected. If you cannot attend inspection, we will make sure you receive the report and go over everything with you via phone or email
- We will then help you negotiate any repairs needed on the home or work closely with the builder to ensure everything is in order
- We will work closely with your lender and the listing agent to ensure all paperwork and requirements are completed on time to ensure a timely closing
- We will send you the utility information for your next home so that you can set up the utilities to be turned on upon move in
The Day of Closing
- We will meet you to take a final walk through of your next home
- We will attend your closing with you to answer any questions you may have or assist with any problems that may arise
- If you cannot attend closing or only one spouse can attend, we will arrange a mail out packet for you or a power of attorney
Move In
- We won’t be there to help you unload and unpack but we will be only a phone call away to assist you with anything that we can!
