Day of the Listing Appointment
- Have your survey, pay off amount, and a spare house key ready for your appointment with Becky
- Prepare a list of upgrades and special features about your home
- Meet with Becky to discuss our luxury marketing plan for your home, recent sold comparables to your property, and pricing strategy
- Sign Listing Agreement
First Week on the Market
- Meet with our stagers to get your home "staged" to sell
- Set up appointment with our professional virtual tour photographer to shoot virtual tour of your home
*If your home is vacant, we will handle this for you
- Receive user name and password for Centralized Showing Service
While Your Home is on the Market
- Receive weekly mailings of full color brochures for your home and flyers for your flyer box
- Receive weekly showing feedback reports via email
- Receive weekly Realtor.com reports
- Receive monthly copies of ads placed for your property
Negotiating Offers
- We will contact you ASAP as soon as an offer is received on your home
- We will discuss with you the terms of the offer, your net return, and different negotiation strategies
- We will verify buyer’s proof of funds
- We will negotiate on your behalf to get you the best terms and the highest sales price on your home
Negotiating Repairs
- We will present any repair amendments ASAP and discuss your options regarding different repairs
- We will negotiate on your behalf to for an agreement of repairs that is fair and most convenient for you!
- We can recommend different types of contractors, from housekeepers to handy men, to assist you in making your next house a home
Move Out
- We won’t be there to help you pack up but we will be only a phone call away to assist you with anything that we can!
