The BW Home Team was founded by Becky Washam and her husband Michael. Becky has been in the Real Estate business since 2003 where she started out as a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker. There she developed her first real estate team, which consisted of her and one buyers agent. Later, as Becky was climbing the ladder of success in real estate, she changed brokerages to RE/MAX DFW Associates. Under this new brokerage, Becky’s team grew and soon become the #1 team in the Flower Mound office and the #2 team throughout all of DFW. The BW Home Team was able to enter the coveted RE/MAX Chairman’s Club numerous times. Her team was named Best Realtors in Lewisville and Flower Mound by both the Lewisville Leader and the Flower Mound Leader newspapers.
After achieving the several awards and accolades with RE/MAX, Becky decided that the time was ripe to start her own brokerage where she would have the capability to offer agents running their own careers all the advanced, in-house developed technology that she had been offering her team and clients.
